1- For academic incentive applications, login procedures have been opened with an e-government password at the address basvuru.mehmetakif.edu.tr .
2- During the application process, in case of incomplete or incorrect retrieval/scoring of YÖKSİS information, or if the information cannot be retrieved, a note about the issue encountered along with Title, Name Surname, Faculty/YO/MYO, Conservatory, Department, ABD/ASD information and a phone number where we can be reached should be sent to atk@mehmetakif.edu.tr ; the issue will be promptly forwarded to the relevant software organization and resolved.
3- Our faculty members applying for academic incentives are required to submit their wet-signed YÖKSİS printouts to our Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commissions, and our Deanships/Directorates are also required to send the wet-signed YÖKSİS documents received from the Unit commissions to the Academic Incentive Regulation, Supervision, and Appeal Commission Presidency.
